Full Feature Set

Everything the 13 Million Wish Existed

More than 13 million Americans are on a GLP-1 medication today — these are the tools that journey actually needs, sourced from FDA prescribing information.

AI Coach

Context-aware answers about your medication, nutrition, and side effects — with a built-in crisis safety net and a gentle "check with your prescriber" on anything sensitive.

Titration & Injection Tracking

Your dose ladder and a body-site rotation map, so you always know your next step and where to inject.

Curated Knowledge Feed

News, video, and recipes — only from sources that earned it: NEJM, JAMA, the BMJ, FDA, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic. AI-summarized for phone reading.

Encrypted Journal

Mood, energy, hunger, and cravings — encrypted on device, with optional iCloud sync to your own private database. Save chats, articles, and Apple Pencil pages. No tracking, ever.

Adjust Mode

A 28-day playbook that hand-holds new users through the hardest weeks, then steps back as you stabilize.

Recipe Coach

High-protein, low-volume meals generated for the real nutritional reality of reduced appetite.

Smart, Kind Reminders

"Time for your Zepbound." "You're 30g from your protein target." Phrased like a friend, never a billing system.

Under the Hood

Built for a Medical Context

Dose curve computed from your own log

The medication-level chart is derived, not decorative: it sums every injection you logged as level(t) = Σ dose · 0.5^(Δt/t½), using the half-life published for your specific drug. The Y axis is deliberately hidden and no concentration units are shown, because a relative estimate has none — and if a drug's half-life can't be parsed, the card renders nothing rather than draw a guessed curve.

Crisis language never reaches the model

A phrase matcher runs on-device before the network call, so a self-harm disclosure is intercepted, is never appended to the conversation, is never transmitted, and costs no message quota — crisis resources open instead. Because that check is per-message, a second layer records the signal and keeps help one tap away for 24 hours; a later retraction cannot clear it.

One typed boundary for what the AI sees

Everything the coach receives is assembled in a single struct — drug, dose, titration week, logged side effects, a plain-English weight summary. Journal text, photos and your Sign in with Apple identifier have no field to travel in. Your journal reaches the model only as a number-derived direction such as "mood and energy fairly steady week-over-week", and Apple Health only as a banded sentence, never raw samples.

Warning signs graded, not listed

Each medication's warning symptoms carry an urgency tier drawn from that drug's FDA Medication Guide — get emergency help, call your prescriber right away, or raise it at a scheduled visit — and the app groups them most-urgent-first instead of flattening them into one alarming list. All ten products in the bundled database are tiered this way.

How We Compare

Built for the Gap Between Trackers and Clinics

Tracker apps like Shotsy, Pep, and MyWhy make logging effortless; clinical programs like Calibrate and Found provide medical care. GLP-1 Coach is built for the space between — medication-aware AI coaching and private tracking in one calm app.

We're an information & journaling tool, not a telehealth provider — and we'll always point you back to your prescriber.
